INTERNATIONAL COMMUNION OF THE CHARISMATIC EPISCOPAL CHURCH IN EUROPE

I have been employed at a supermarket for 24 years, from 2001 to the present in 2024. Initially, I could not have imagined that God would bestow such a blessing upon me, as I had only worked from home previously. However, a pivotal moment came when a friend asked me to submit my biodata for a position at the supermarket. I found it amusing and was unsure what to include in my biodata, given my background of working solely from home. Nevertheless, my friend assured me that it would be acceptable and addressed my concern about the language barrier.

Miraculously, during my interview, which lasted an impressive 20 minutes, everything went exceptionally well, and I was informed that I would start the following day. This was truly a testament to God’s wondrous workings. My journey began, and despite the initial challenges, particularly with language, I witnessed the Lord’s transformative power.

Over the years, I have been abundantly blessed. I began as an assistant in one sector, and after two years, I was promoted to oversee the perfumery department for nine years. Unexpectedly, I also became involved with the store’s union, serving as the treasurer for four years, which granted me three days off each month. I have now been re-elected for a second term.

God’s blessings continued as I was entrusted with a new role, managing the store’s operations, specifically overseeing product orders, known as DATA.

I encourage everyone to place their trust in the Lord. Do not confine yourself to familiar routines but seek opportunities for change and surrender your will to God. The blessings He bestows are truly remarkable. If we remain faithful to Him and honor Him as we should, He will multiply our blessings.
