ENDEAVOR 2024: Life in the Spirit
The ICCEC Diocese of Europe is hosting a Convocation in 2024 to gather congregants from the different CEC churches across the continent. This occasion will also be in celebration of the 40 years of ministry of our Communion in Europe.
The event will take place from July 18 to 21 in Madrid, Spain, at the Teatro Salesianos Estrecho (Calle de Pamplona, 12, 28039 Madrid).
Registration is now open through our digital form and through your local CEC church.

Registration may be done through the digital Convocation registration form. A printed form may be available through your local focal point.
Each registered participant (except from Spain*) must pay the following fee according age at the Convocation:
– Adult (19 y/o and above): 50 euros
– Teen (12 -18 y/o): 35 euros
– Child (0 – 11 y/o): FREE
Payment is to be done according to local church instructions. If you are not assigned to any CEC church, please contact us at convocation2024@icceceurope.org

The Convocation registration fee does not include accommodation. Participants will be responsible for their own accommodation.
However, a special price is available to Convocation participants for rooms at Hotel 4C Bravo Murillo located 3 mins. by foot from the venue.
Rooms are subject to availability (first come, first serve basis). Reservation must be done through local CEC church focal points.
Room rates indicated below are per person for 4 nights (check-in on July 17, check-out on July 21) with breakfast included.
– Individual room: 290 euros
– Double room: 175 euros / p.p.
– Triple room: 150 euros / p.p.
Shall room occupancy be completed at Hotel 4C Bravo Murillo, we will offer rooms at Hotel Infanta Mercedes, 13 mins. by foot from the venue.

– July 19: Convocation day 2
– July 20: Leisure activities (e.g. city tours)
– July 21: Sunday Eucharist with Abp. Craig Bates

The Convocation venue is the auditorium of Colegio Salesianos Estrecho, located in the district of Tetuán. Entrance is at Calle de Pamplona, 12, 28039 Madrid.

Frequently Asked Questions
The registration fee only includes access to the Convocation venue and an individual welcome pack. Participants will be responsible for their own food and accommodation.
The area in which the Convocation venue is located has many eateries, restaurants, convenient stores and supermarkets, as well as many hotels.
A special price is available to Convocation participants for rooms at Hotel 4C Bravo Murillo located 3 mins. by foot from the venue (see Accommodation section). Reservations are to be done through the assigned church focal points.
We recommend arriving on Wednesday, July 17 and depart on Sunday, July 21 in the evening. For those not attending the Sunday Eucharist, it is possible to depart on Saturday, July 20.
It takes about 45 mins. by public transportation and 20 mins. by car.

For your stay in Madrid, we recommend using public transportation. You can get your Tourist Travel Pass at the airport Metro stations.
All Tourist Travel Passes are pre-loaded onto the Tarjeta Multi, a contactless, transferable smartcard that is valid for 10 years and which is free when you purchase the 1,2, 3, 5 or 7-day Tourist Travel Pass.
If you do not wish to acquire a Tourist Travel Pass, you can buy the Tarjeta Multi (2.5€) and simply top it up with pay-per-ride tickets.
