Almighty God, our heavenly Father, who sets the solitary in families: We commend to Your continual care the homes in which Your people dwell. Turn the hearts of the parents to the children, and the hearts of the children to the parents; and so enkindle fervent charity among us all, that we may evermore be kindly affectioned one to another; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Your Word reassures me of Your presence and confirm that You are able to deliver me from my trouble. Give me Your love and Your power to replace these fears. Your perfect love casts out my fear. I thank You for promising to give me the peace that only You can give. I receive that peace now as I ask You to still my troubled heart. Because you are with me, I don’t have to be afraid. Amen.

O My God, I firmly believe that You are one God in three Divine Persons, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost; I believe that Your Divine Son became man, and died for our sins, and that He will come to judge the living and the dead. I believe these and all the truths which the Holy Catholic Church teaches, because You have revealed them, Who can neither deceive nor be deceived. Amen.

O My God, relying on Your almighty power and infinite mercy and promises, I hope to obtain pardon of my sins, the help of Your grace and life everlasting, through the merits of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer. Amen.

Heavenly Father, as I enter my workplace today, I invite You to join me so that everyone here will sense Your presence. In the Sacrament of the Eucharist You give me the joy of sharing Your Life. Keep me in Your presence. Let me never be separated from You and help me to do Your Will. Amen.

Jesus, Your faith was in the Heavenly Father, Your steadfastness being my living model! Kindly grant me the richness of such faith, to embrace Your Father as my true Provider, having staunch belief in His eminent powers and to remain loyal to Him until my last day. If my faith shifts as temporary waves, rush to my rescue without any hesitation, protecting others from my fleeting frailty. May Your Presence always be lively enjoyed, enabling me to shine as a flame of faith. My faith loyally reaches out to You! Amen.

Father, I belong to You. I place myself anew in Your hands and acknowledge You as Master and Lord of my life. Grant me the gift of a forgiving heart and cleanse me of any anger, hostility or revenge. Heal my hurts and wounds and teach me to rely on Your love. Grant me wisdom of heart and strengthen me by Your grace to move on in faith, in trust and in love. Thank You Lord for Your love in my life. Amen.

Almighty and most merciful God, we remember before You all poor and neglected persons whom it would be easy for us to forget: the homeless and the destitute, the old and the sick, and all who have none to care for them. Help us to heal those who are broken in body or spirit, and to turn their sorrow into joy. Grant this, Father, for the love of Your Son, Who for our sake became poor, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Most merciful God, I confess that I have sinned against You in thought, word, and deed, by what I have done, and by what I have left undone. I have not loved You with my whole heart; I have not loved my neighbors as myself. I am truly sorry and I humbly repent. For the sake of Your Son Jesus Christ, have mercy on me and forgive me; that I may delight in Your will, and waLuke in Your ways, to the glory of Your Name. Amen.

Accept, O Lord, our thanks and praise for all that You have done for us. We thank You for the splendor of the whole creation, for the beauty of this world, for the wonder of life, and for the mystery of love.

We thank You for the blessing of family and friends, and for the loving care which surrounds us on every side.

We thank You for setting us at tasks which demand our best efforts, and for leading us to accomplishments which satisfy and delight us.

We thank You also for those disappointments and failures that lead us to acknowledge our dependence on You alone.

Above all, we thank You for Your Son Jesus Christ; for the truth of His Word and the example of His life; for His steadfast obedience, by which He overcame temptation; for His dying, through which He overcame death; and for His rising to life again, in which we are raised to the life of Your kingdom.

Grant us the gift of Your Spirit, that we may know Him and make Him known; and through Him, at all times and in all places, may give thanks to You in all things. Amen.

O God, we want to live our life together with You and always to continue it with You. Help us never to hurt and never to grieve each other. Help us to share all our works, all our hopes, all our dreams, all our successes, all our failures, all our joys and all our sorrows. Help us to have no secrets from each other so that we may be truly one. Keep us always true to each other, and grant that all the years ahead may draw us ever closer to each other. Grant that nothing may ever come between us and nothing may ever make us ever drift apart. And as we live with each other, help us to live with You, so that our love may grow perfect in Your love, for You are the God Whose name is love. This we ask for your love’s sake. Amen.

Saint Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle, be our protection against the malice and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God, thrust into hell Satan and all evil spirits who wander through the world for the ruin of souls. Amen.

I pray the Lord my soul to keep:
May God guard me through the night
And wake me with the morning light.

Bless all those who love me too.

And we thank God for our food;

Give us Lord, our daily bread.

Be Thou our Guardian, Thou our Guide,
Stay close by every child’s side.
